One of the unique things about this new town we live in is the domesticated deer. It's hard to believe how tame they are compared to Utah or Wisconsin. When Josh is golfing at the local course deer are all over the fairways and linger just off the side of the greens while your putting.
This group often grazes on bushes in the neighbors yard during the day. One day they were seen standing right up on the porch.
Once their done making the rounds in the neighbors yards, they meander across our front lawn and into the vacant lot next door to us. They are literally 10 feet away from our front porch.
Even the bucks come out of hiding to walk around the neighborhood. This dude was big, but we saw an even bigger buck a few weeks ago, nearly twice his size. He was standing right in our front yard, eating our bushes, before Niki took this picture of him across the street. We didn't even have wildlife sightings like this in Suncrest.
